We aim to aid mental health and illnesses and prevent suicides by sharing natural remedies people can use.

Bridge City News has featured us on their Youtube channel to discuss the importance of our campaign.

Over 20% of all Canadian youth suffer from Mental Health or Mental Illnessses. 90% of all suicides are directly related to mental health and mental illnesses according to CMHA Alberta. By spreading natural remedies to students, we hope to prevent suicides and mental health crisis which are all too common.
